Unlimited PDH Access:
By purchasing the Unlimited PDH Access, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year to have full access to all Accepted PDH courses. After one year from purchase date, course access will be expired and you will then have the opportunity to repurchase the Unlimited PDH Access again.
Individual Course Purchases:
We offer an individual course purchase option that provides access only to the purchased course(s), and not the entire course catalog as in the Unlimited PDH Access. When you purchase an individual course(s), you may not transfer or resell content in any way.
Payment Failure:
If your payment method fails, the course(s) will not be purchases and the transaction is rejected. A new form of payment must be made before any access to course(s) is granted.
Refund Policy:
Individually purchased courses that have been completed are non-refundable. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for individually purchased courses that have been completed. You may only request a refund on individually purchased courses that have not been started by emailing us at hello@acceptedpdh.com. Unlimited PDH Access is only refundable if all courses have not been started by emailing us at hello@acceptedpdh.com.
